PIP launches three high performance LED constant current drive IC CSC8525、CSC8515 and CSC8932.

 

1.1 Introduction：

CSC8525 is one LED constant current control circuit with a high accuracy of the primary feedback. Chip operates in the inductor current discontinuous current mode, applies in the under 12W with full input voltage flyback  isolated LED constant currency power. 

1.2 Feature：

◆CSC8525 with high precision  current-sensing circuit makes LED output current precision within ±3%.

◆Circuit with multi-protection functions including LED open circuit protection, short circuit protection, wafer thermal shutdown protection, overvoltage protection, under voltage protection and FB short circuit protection.

◆IC integrated 650V power switch, with boundary feedback mode, no need secondary feedback circuit and compensation circuit; only some peripheral components can realize constant current along with cost and volume saved.

CSC8515 is one high precision boundary feedback LED constant current driver IC. Working under DCM mode and apply to 85VAC~265VAC full range input voltage、7W flyback isolated LED constant current power.

2.2 Feature：

◆Integrated with 650V mosfet, boundary feedback mode, no secondary feedback loop and compensation loop request.  

◆Using CS average current measurement technology, low working current make peripheral components request items reduced so that system cost can be saved. Sample CS average current constant current control mode can arrive excellent line regulation.   

◆With high precision current sampling circuit, LED output current precision within ±5%.

◆Multi-protection function increase the circuit reliability with unique LED open and short circuit protection, CS resistance short circuit protection, under voltage protection, thermal shutdown protection etc.

3.2 Feature:

◆Integrated with high voltage mosfet, no need auxiliary winding measurement, only need some peripheral components can reach excellent constant current characteristics and save system cost and volume.  

◆With high precision current sampling circuit and high precision LED constant current output and excellent line regulation.

◆Working under induction current boundary mode, output current will not change along with inductance and working voltage to realize excellent load regulation.

◆Multi-protection function includes LED open and short circuit protection, CS resistance short circuit protection, under voltage protection and thermal control etc.
