The TF2725 is high voltage Intelligent Power Module (IPM)integrating high speed gate driver ICs with N-channel MOSFETs in a 3-phase halfbridge configuration, in one package. The TF2725 3-phase IPM provides a compact solution and ease of design for AC induction, BLDC, and PMSM motor driver applications.
Features:
◆3-Phase halfbridge IPM to 500V,MOSFET capability to 1.5A (Continuous);
◆The TF2725 logic inputs are compatible with standard TTL and CMOS levels;
◆Undervoltage lockout，Internal dead time of 520ns to protect MOSFETs from shootthrough;
◆Available in IPM-23L package.
